Caddell & Chapman represented, as lead counsel, the family of a teenage girl who died in an auto accident just east of Amarillo, Texas. Caddell & Chapman was lead counsel for the mother and father of a 23 year old man who suffocated to death when he became engulfed in grain while working at the Port Elevator grain facility in Brownsville, Texas.
